What usage costs
Messages and AI are prepaid usage at a rate identical on every plan, so moving up a plan only ever buys you accounts. Bring your own AI key and the AI usage is free, leaving only messaging on the prepaid balance. Beyond the plan fee, nothing is billed without a top-up you choose.
Safety is in the architecture, not the price tier
Every plan runs the same safety model. Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on either Business plan, Solo or Growth, with the full system. A payment method starts the trial, but the plan fee is not charged during it. Agency and Reseller plans have no trial.
How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?+
